The worst service ever experienced. Do not choose kallada travels if you want a safe and peaceful journey. The staffs are too rude heartless and arrogant. First and last journey in their bus. Thank me later.
Thirunelvelli to Salem Mercedes Benz bus no.B19 ticket no. AIJK108038 (12July14 night) Had worst service experience.. I booked tickets for mom and dad for last night.. 1) Bus 1 hour delay. 2) Didn't allow to put baggage underneath the bus. 3) Abusive words and misbehaviour of crew members. 4) Didn't drop at mentioned point bus had supposed to drop them at New Bus stand Salem as per mentioned in bill receipt but the ticket agent in the bus refused to drop them at bus stand and they had to get down at bypass..They are above 50 years In that early morning by 5 this how you treat passengers.. .. i had never traveled is bus like kallada,, thinking the outer appearence of bus i was totally amazed that ppls working der doesn't have heart. wat an awkward experience,, i suggest plz dont choose this kallada.. not even considering that we are ladies those workers are very rude..
At the time of booking they list out all the drop points. While the bus reaches destination, they say that we donât know, talk to online people or call help line. The only thing they firmly say is this is the last stop. Also when the bus comes to their Madiwala office, 1st thing they do is closing the office, so that no one enters inside and questions them.
It was rainy midnight 12.30, and i had my wife and two kids along with me. Very coolly the driver and agent told, bus will not go in the mentioned route. My home was far away from Madiwala, no autowala was willing to come. So i booked the cab and spent 2 hours along with my family till the cab reached us. These people are miserable bus operators. They issued us tickets to Kalady and didn't stop at Kalady despite having informed them personally before the bus started. We were first time travelers who depended on the staff. By the time I inquired, the bus had gone past Kalady by 10kms. We were only two ladies. But, they offered no help, took us thirty kms away and left to fend for ourselves. Very rude driver and a cleaner almost knew nothing. Very very inefficient service!

Worst services Kallada travels. We booked ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore in Kallada Travels. Bus driver sold my tickets to other people and told us your seats are arranged in other bus and gave last seats for them and he was very rude and vulgar. he was talking like if you want to come you sit in the last seats other wise you get down like the he told. and he told you can complain to anybody i wont care like that he told. friends i am suggesting please dont book ticket in Kallada Travels and dont get in to the trouble.I had a worst experience. The worst experience I ever had. I booked a ticket from bangalore to ernakulam on 15th August 2013. they cancelled the bus and told that will be boarding on another bus. I booked front seats but they gave me middle seats. But after boarding the new bus I was surpriesed to see that those seats are already occupied by some one and these kallada people gave the same seates to 5 couples. When I called them they answered reduculosly. The worst worst service I had ever seen.
Waste service. I booked from Hyderabad to Ernakulam. The bus was suppose to start at 5.45 PM and it started at 7.25 PM. When the bus reached at Walayar Check post the driver had an argument with a policeman he stopped the bus for 40 mints. When bus reached at Angamaly, the tire got burst. They didn't have a spare tire and we had to travel in KSRTC bus.
While returning my pick up point was in Cherthala at 5.45 PM and the bus came at 8.20. I had a connecting bus from Bangalore to Hyderabad and this stupid bus reached very late. I lost the connecting service. And they did not provide blanket, water and employees were behaving very badly.
Never ever travel in this bus.
