Never suggest cauvery ford, i had very bad experience and very bad sales support by Cauvery Ford showroom. Few experience listed below with what i have faced problem from above showroom and sales consultant & Manager
1. Need Professionalism in customer approach.
2. Need Transparency in sales and stick to commitments what made by sales team.
3. Lot of discrepancy in invoices, insurance & other documents.
4. Unprofessional & unethical approach by Sales Manager & Sales consultant.
5. Received vehicle was not met my expectations.
6. Not satisfy with document approach by both sales manager & sales consultant
