its just supurb service from these guys , by chance i had called them up of some b p apparatus , which is not their product , but they have really guided me and got me such good price , the way they talk and belhave with the customer is superb, after this small dealing with these guys our hospital has became a permanent customer to them, their after sales service is excellent , especially engineer/manager MR SURESH , has excellent service knowledge in each and every thing .
