I am owner of a flat in Sonestaa Meadows.My experience has been insanely horrible.I would never suggest anyone to buy from this builder.The whole project is already late by 2 years and the way the progress is happening it seems it take another 5-7 years to finish.The construction quality is insanely bad.Even after two years of plastering, fresh crack appear in the walls.The materials used in walls are so bad that even ants are able to drill out holes and puff out the cement in walls. Everything from quality of tiles to electric switch boards is insanely cheap and poor quality.But the even bigger problem is the attitude of builder,once you pay full money,they will practically stop working.You have to run yourself behind labourers to get the
