Your optician advised me to wear glass of -3 spherical. I bought the frame and lens at a cost of around 6000. I consulted LV PRASAD HYDERABAD, where they completely rejected the power of -3 spherical given by your optician. They gave me a glass with a combination of spherical and cylindrical(-2.5),which is considered very high and diagnosed me with a disease called KERATOCONUS. On consulting your optician again to change my lens, he asked me an amount on 1350, which is unacceptable on my part.

Kindly look into the issue.
