[Permanently Closed] Chili's

We don't eat at Chili's in the US, so I can't compare the two, but we decided to ignore the bad reviews and try it for ourselves. We found the restaurant clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. The food was good. We ordered a salad, which was fresh and delicious, and a beef burger, which was cooked nicely. Room temperature, filtered water was provided just before our meal was served. It was expensive as far as eats in Bangalore go, but we will be going back.

We were so exited to get some good grub at Chili's yesterday, cause it used to be one of my fav restaurants in US. However, we were totally disappointed yesterday!! The place has many box seatings & barely after our startes & drinks arrived, we had 2 rats jump onto the seats from nowhere & running to the corners. Left us totally disgusted! When we complained to the manager, there was no aplology, but instead they smirked & said that they were also seeing it for the first time. We were left with goosebumps & a bill for starters & drinks that we never had. The staff were more amused than sorry. Totally filthy!

Dont know about the food but liked the place.
