most shabby place.. you have to walk on a wooden old bridge to reach the shop because the adjacent building is demolished.
- product price was not given upfront as he wont know until its ready then straight away 4 times the original promised prices.(in our case from 700 to 2700)
- Product delivery was delayed by 3 weeks just because he didnt had anything else to paint and he didnt wanted to open his paint box only for our boxes (we came to know 3 weeks later when asked a worker)
- finally when we tried to negotiate Prakash (owner, dont trust him even if he looks old and diabetic, he will open his old mouth finally when you are trapped) warned us to bring local rowdies :O oh yea !! period.
