I booked a round trip from Bangalore to Goa , while ticket booking it was mentioned that Sea Bird will pickup from Kamanahalli Bangalore , however noone came to pickup and someone called couple of hours ago from the departure and told us to come to either Bus stand or Marathalli..This was ridiculous. I would never advice anyone to book Seabird ..Though we have paid more as it was easy with small kids , but all went invain..If you cannot follow this please dont make customers fool..On top of this i called headoffice but those people are also said its not possible..instead of helping us or giving us the proper justification they simply rudely said its not possible...I would put this into various other forums to ensure this issue will not happ
