I am a 75 year old disabled person. My mobile was blocked due to nonuse. I had to visit this outlet on 6th Nov for unblocking with necessary ID etc and also rechasrged for Rs250. I was advised that the phone will be unblocked within 2 hours but todate it has not happened. I am repeatedly asked to input SIM password (8 charecters) which I do not have/or not given. Customer care people do not have any clue of this password and advise me to visit the same store again for unblocking. I live in Electronic City and it is not easy to visit ajajinagr once again in my condition.
