I purchased a pair of crizal coated photocromatic plastic lenses from Titan Eye on July 15th. I paid 5900 Rs. for the glasses, which is atleast 500 Rs more than what other stores charge. CHEATING!!
Then I noticed one of the lenses was glues to the frame, not fitted properly - ofcourse Titan's fault.
The lens broke just one day after use.
I reported it to the shop and the guy convinced me it was not their fault- ANOTHER BIG LIE.
Then, I asked hime to glue it and return it to me. The next day the same lens broke again in a different place when I was wiping the glasses.
Now I was sure it was all Titan's mistake. When we went to the store, the rude salesman claimed it was NOT the same pair of glasses that he sold to us. Ridiculous bunch
