I purchased medicines on 03062018 for Rs.620.85p vide bill No.16016CC0023732. The original bill was damaged & illegible due to their printer paper jam and I was haned over another print by Apollo Pharmacy, Ramamurthy Nagar, Near Yerranapalya Bus Stop, Bangalore.I submitted the bill to my insurer for reimbursement but they have rejected the claim as the bill in question was having printed on it which reads as "Duplicate copy of Invoice". Now I need a original handwritten bill to claim with my insurer again. I request them to assist me and send the same to my following address where I am now residing.
