YAA REALLY WE ONLY TYPING N TAKE OUT OUR FRUSTATION BUT NOBODY LISTEN US. NO ACTION TAKEN AGAINST SHRI GIRIDHAR GAS AGENCY. I ASKED ABOUT NEW CONNECTION SOME LADY PICK THE CALL AND TELLING THAT NOW CLOSED NEW CONNECTION. FIRST I WENT MADHU AGENCY THERE PERSON TOLD GO TO SHRI GIRIDHAR AGENCY COS THAT IS RESIDENCY ROAD AREA. WHEN I ASKED TO SHRI GIRIDHAR ABOUT WHAT DOCUMENT REQUIRE SHE TOLD ...VOTER ID, RASAN CARD, ELECTIC BILL, AFFIDABITE & RENDAL AGREEMENT. ABE YAAR PASSPORT JAB BANGALORE ME BANWAYA FIR V ETANA PROBLEM NHI HUWA. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I DO ? NOBODY WILL HELP US REGARDING THIS.

Really it is very tough to the Indane gas customers to get the cylinder from Shri Giridhar Agency. please appoint the staff who has patience and sincerity on the work to attend and talk with the customers in phone and to give genuine information. Please appoint the delievery boys who has good communication to deal with customers and works sincerly in delievering the cylinder.Otherwise please cancel the license of the agency.

Worst service. Hell with them. They do not pick the call, they will put the PHONE RECEIVER OFF THE HOOK so that it will be always busy... or if it rings, they will not care to pick the call. INDANE GAS COMPANY should think about terminating their contract as they do not provide any service to consumers.

Very bad service and bad attitude of staff. They will not deliver the cylinder and in the status of booking it will say that cylinder has been delivered. If you call them regarding same they will misbehave and tell customers to keep the phone and cut the line and everyday they will say tomorrow tomorrow but will work at their own convenience. There are so many complaints about this dealer in various Forums but nobody is botthered to take any action. Phir bhi Mera Bharat Mahaan.

very bad service provided by the cyclinder delivery person working at shri giridhar agencies bangalore residency road, The delivery demands almost 20 to 25 rupees extra charge on the actuals cost of the cylinder.
This is been an issue since a year from now and when questioned them they challenge us to give a complain and also tell us "lets see what ever happens", I did complain few time with regard to this but no action has been taken yet.
