These are idiots..and always like go ahead and raise the complaint. Today is my birthday and they have delivered 500 gms cake in the place of 1KG and 1 teddy in the place of 2. i dont know how they are surviving..idiots they will see their end in the similar way.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Garden Valley Florists. My fiancee placed an order for 25 red dutch roses to be delivered on 14th Feb and they charged him a whopping $30 for this. And the flowers were delivered on the 13th Feb itself, and were completely withered. Also there were only 11 flowers when they were asked to deliver 25 of them. The delivery guy was very rude in the manner he spoke and behaved like he was doing a favor by delivering the flowers. The flowers were not even worth Rs 100 and we were charged $30 for it.

I am trying to reach these guys and nobody seems to anwser the call. Dont ever place an order with these guys, they are one bunch of irresponsible and rude folks.

Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with the Garden Valley Florist. My sister had sent a bicycle for my son from USA. First of all they charged quite a lot to them (at the last min they also increased the price by 800 Rs). Inspite of mentioning that the bicycle is needed for a boy, they delivered a full pink color bicycle here in India. As it was a surprise gift, we were not sure if they had specifically asked for a pink cycle (which is highly doubtful) or it was delivered by mistake. After knowing that a pink girl cycle was delivered, my sister kept following up with them but no response.
