For pure, unadulterated palate delights, make your way to the Higher Taste. This fine-dining restaurant in the Iskon premises is Bangalore's first exclusively sattvic restaurant. Catering vegetarian north-Indian and south-Indian fares, the Higher Taste succeeds in keeping your taste buds satisfied even though the food is made sans onion and garlic. The menu is surprisingly extensive, with dishes that are innovative and experimental, but delicious nonetheless. Tastefully done up and spread over two floors, the Higher Taste offers both buffet and a la carte options. The restaurant also caters for corporate events, special occasions and large group bookings.

We'd been here for dinner tonight.
A great ambience, atop the hill which houses the ISKCON temple in Rajajinagar. The ground floor of this restaurant is dedicated to buffet. A vraiety of starters, chats, main course items and desserts were available to indulge in. We surveyd the items in the buffet and decided it was too heavy for dinner and decided to try the Ala Carte on the first floor instead.
A very exotic looking menu consisting primarily of South Indian dishes and some North Indian dishes delighted us. Each dish was unique in naming convention ingredients.
They had a cheese-cabbage soup (for example) and a gooseberry(Amla) soup too. Both of thses that we sampled were deliciously unique in taste too.
