They are not at all professional . I had used this service to shift things from Bangalore to trivandrum.Initially they agreed for 16,500.Later they said 500 they need extra for checkpost.Then again they asked me to give 100Rs tip to the persons who came for packing.Also they charged 1500Rs for insurance which till date has not furnished any documents.I was supposed to get the load on Monday evening but they delivered it on Wednesday evening.While packing and loading itself they asked me the entire money and once that was given these guys dint even track that the goods were delivered or not.They are very unprofessional in their approach and dont ever fall victim to their false promises.I got all my goods though but I feel that they are not
