My brother asked in s.k.enterprise fir case cover of note 10.1 n 800 and they cheated by giving case cover or p 600....they are cheaters....dont ever buy any thing from s.k enterprise baroda ...BIG CHEATERS AND THEY EVEN CHANGE MOBILE PARTS And PUT DUPLICATE PARTS
And apart from the run around, i was not given even a single bit of service, and on top of everything else pathetic customer service. They had the audacity to actually ask me to contact them after 3 more days, during which they are gonna "give their maximum fight with the company". I had lost my patience then, and immediately requested the sales guy for a refund of my money. He asks me to come down to the shop and they would further discuss the same there. I had purchased a xperia x10 from SK enterprise located G-9, landmark complex, race course road,vadodara. i had purchased the phone at a cost of rs 17000, which actually surprised me as the handset was a much more costlier one per reviews on the net and my survey. The sales guy told me that they were selling the handset at such low costs as the company is trying to sell out the exiting x10's in the market as they have come up with newer products. I choose the x10 from a choice of 2 phones from which the second one was the Sony Ericsson neo V which he was prepared to sell to me at rs16000. within a few days post purchasing the phone started to give me issues.
