I would like to share my story to give you clarity why I possess such negative feedback for Charisma Hyundai...
I came into contact these people through a car portal while I was searching for Grand i10. After I contacted (Thursday, march 2017) them I came to know that they have one Grandi10 sportz model 2016 model available. After 2 times' queries we scheduled a visit to see and book the car the very Sunday (March 2017).

We reached their showroom and we were told that the car got sold. They even did not bother to inform us even when an appointment was fixed.
Then to hold us, they offered 2016 Grand i10 magna model for certain amount. We finally tried to settle down the negotiation for a certain amount, which they did not agree upon. We left the showroom and imagine on the way back we got call from Charisma Hyundai to finalize the Magna model. This time they said, there is another customer negotiating for new Magna model, since we were their first customers so as courtesy they want to offer the deal. We agreed to book the car and returned.
After reaching there, we filled the booking formality and the moment we were about to deposit amount, suddenly the deal was held off. We were amazed now what!!!
We came to know that owner is not willing to sale car for the negotiated amount!! What the hell, this is how they deal with customers!!The deal was held off saying that owner is getting larger sum over the negotiated amount by some other customer. This is their commitment!!
Then to compensate this mess, owner offered 20k discount on new grand i10 2017 model by saying "since his agent messed up so to sort out all this mess he is offering 20 k".
Poor guy!! It was YOU who messed up not your agent. You should learn business properly, you are not negotiating in vegetable market!!
We still booked up 2017 model. Later, we cancelled the same after a week. Even when the cancellation charges were paid, we were told that their business owner is out of station(ALL OF SUDDEN) and will be back in 10 days. They will issue the check in 10 days. Its more than 15 days now, after multiple calls, we always hear their owner is not yet back. Now today he is back but since its March closing so cannot get a single sign from the owner to get the check issued...
What is this going own at charisma Hyundai...? Height of irresponsible behavior, mismanagement.Commitment- they perhaps never have heard of it!!!
