I must say , i never had more disappointing experience than booking from A1 chandigarh flowers. They never stand on there promises, delivered completely different product from what website suggest. I booked a gift for one dear friend on her birthday with 2.5 ft teddy , bunch of roses, 1 cake, and 1 big card. What she got was surprising , 1 ft teddy , 1 cake with roses and no card. it took me whole day to make them understand while the response from them was surprising. I gets a call from team stating that we should not accept same delivery as stated in website. 2.5 ft teddy is just a approx idea and they can manipulate with it as its a online order ( teddy delivered was 1 ft tall). Very nice ppl when I was there. They helped me picked out a funeral arrangement last month. Finding the arrangement was very important, because it was for someone that is very dearly to me.
