All the Alwarthirunagar residents are unsatisfied with the monolisa network . Rmkrishnan

weekly the channels get reshuffled and every time randomly some channels gets either included or excluded. No proper list of channels at least for 10 days in a row. worst service. fed up calling and complainting. Now and then they totoaly cut the connection too. really irritating.

I totally agree with these observations. Mr.Prabhu is never accessible and keeps changing his Cell Nos. so that you can never get him. His office has just one lady who is arrogant all the time & will claim that she does not know even the Cell No. of her boss. Service never happens until a week of complaint & repeated follow up. Lousy set up with lousy fellows. God save us.

Very poor and irresponsible service. We are the new occupant of Valsaravakkam and after making repeated calls every day, no proper response. Really fed up with the service to the core. Instead of having such worst cable operators in this area, it is advisable to either change the staff and recruit new set of staff who can respond effectively and do quick service or it is better to close down ur office. Our phone calls and time only are getting wasted. I have never seen such a WORST SERVICE in my lifetime. Uma

Durga Vasanthan: 100% TRUE.fed up with these idiots to the core uncle .I was about to post a complaint about their service.shocked to see yours ...!!!! They dont seem to tune their ears against any complaints.

Worst service to NEWCOLONY AT NAGAR.Very very indifferent approach to the complaints.For the past six months there is problem but no answer to requests and pleadings to rectify.VERY VERY POOR SERVICE,NOBODY CAN BEAT YOU IN CLUMSY SERVICE your network deserves FIRST PRIZE AND AWARD FOR WORST SERVICE
