Employees who takes the gas request are rude and doesn't know what customer care is all about. They talk like illiterates. They never respond to you properly. Getting connected to them over phone is hectic and once you get the line the person who takes the request will not be polite. Despite having a database they donot take the request in prior, instead customer needs to remind them. My hubby and I both work and I personally went to the agency and requested for the supply either on Saturday / Sunday but the gas agency never provided gas on Satuday and I always have to follow up with the delivery man to supply on Satuday/Sunday.
