Advice to those who seek loan from LIC Housing Finance, Annanagar Branch, Chennai. Please don't go to Mr. Mani Selvakumar (Agent) of Annanagar Branch. He lacks knowledge, he is arrogant in his reply, highly egoist. As a customer You must do all the work. He will entrust his work and we should run from pillar to post to get our work done by wasting all our working hrs, days etc. He is not sincere in his job. Someone from the branch is helping him to perform better. If the branch it self suggests his name for heaven's sake reject him first time and every time.
