Your technician named.. Shannkar Phone no.9150026669 visted home on 10\03\2011 to assemble sun dish at 6.pm in the evening....He was not able to fix the dish on the slab..and he told me tat with out fail he would come the next day morning and fix it.He dismatled the half fixed dish and put the clamp in his bag and walked off. the next day whan i called him up.he stated that he had sent some other techician,but no one turned up.i rang him up again,but he asked me to contact the office.i rang up continuously to the office on saturday, sun, mon n tuesday...i didnt get any response...so i rang up to Shankar asking him to return the clamp so that i can opt some toher dealer...but this man, he was so arrogant, he was very harsh n told me ta
