Kapico Maruti Service Workshop

There service is only good until they get the customer, for getting the customers they will call you umpteen number of time, be very flexible to get your car into service. Once the vehicle is taken all you can get is silence, no updates, no confirmation of when the work will be done and what time delivery will happen etc.
If you have to call and check all you get is in progress and no ETA. For a regular service they took two days and no updates all this for a first time customer.. Very bad.. I would suggest new people wanting to change never to even this Kapico a try.

I agree with Raj... Please look for some good service centre... I too had a bad experience very recently... ppl there are good in client interactive skills but they end up disappointing u in the end... i realized it and decided not to service my car at this place any more... !!!

I had vey exp with insurance courage Iffcotokio[suggested by Kapico]. I am told not to stay with Kapico by few friends, I ignored the warning, today I am paying for it. Manager from Kapico supporting insurance guy neglecting customer view is looking strange to me. I feel ashamed for selecting Kapico.
