Adept Techno Chennai and Bangalore are great cheater and big time liars, they are always behind money, Once they gets payment you are done. Adept Techno will not give you exam voucher, they will keep giving you excuses. They do not even pay for the trainers, will not pick your phone or e-mail . If you go to Adept office, you will hear story and you will go back with one promise, Once you remind them on promise, you will hear another story. This will keep happening for next 3- 6 months until you have given up. Beware of Nirmala, Sujatha, Praveena and lot of other ladies at Adept Techno Chennai and Bangalore. Please go ahead file a Police Complain and sent your complain to the EXAM Body and Training organization and share the in ... View More
I have enrolled myself your the PRINCE2 training and certification program from your body. However, i quickly realized i have NOT made the right choice. The Sales part of the organization was very very impressive.Continuous follow ups and push for sales and once done, the customer is a lost story.I have enrolled myself on 10.06.2014 and has been repeatedly telling the Counselor Anjana to share the calender so that i can plan my schedules accordingly. Moreover, it was surprising to receive calls from Adept asking me to join the training session which was about to start on that day.Unsurprisingly, there was no communications made before the calls to even inform the customer regarding the sessions. It's clearly not been an experience i was expect ... View More

HI Radha,
I would like to do the certification in CEH, i choose Adept, but after reading Ur comments i planned to study online..
but what are the ways to apply for the certification exam and how to get through it.

have u cleared the CEH certification??

Kindly help me in this:-)
Thanks
S Jithendrra

They are very eager at collecting the payment, and the staff over there have targets(that's fine) but the service is hopeless. I have joined for CEH class, and all they show is demo of some of the tools, and a lame teaching. If you search in internet, just in first page, you will get materials and videos 100 times better than their teachings. Totally time and money waste. Also lots of hurdles for getting class materials. And you have to struggle for exam vochures and listen to their false promises. It took for me about 5 months to get the exam vochure and more than 2 months to get the class materials. I recommend it only to my enemies.
The center where I did the ITIL V3 certification is Adept Technology PVT LTD New No. 80, III rd Floor, Cathedral Road, Chennai - 600 086, They simply lost the certificates issued by EXIN, they have misplaced/lost the original certificates. I visited the centre after a phone call to get my certificates personally in the month of November, after reaching there it was told to me that they would call me back and issue me the certificates which never happened. I have been calling them since November 2011 to get my certificates, but every time I speak to an associate there they falsely promise me telling they would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes which later turned into weeks, none of them have called me so far and I have to call them e ...
