The service offered by this centre is the WORST ever I have experienced. I gave my Sony DSC-T2 camera worth Rs. 19,000 for repair (blurred image problem) way back in end of June 2011 and the problem is yet not rectified. They charged me around INR 3,500 but I found that they haven't repaired it properly and I returned my camera back within few day (in early October). From that time, I'm still chasing them for my camera but yet to receive and its December now. They neither work with clear deadlines to repair nor let the customers know when we can expect the repaired product. The guy sitting in the reception really don't know what is Customer Service!
