If you see their site, they say we are "Prompt and Punctual." But they are not at all worth to use these words. I had a bad experience with Chennai Packers and Movers last week where I couldn't get my consignment as is on time. The waste manager Munirathnam committed that my things will be delivered from Chennai to Tirunelveli in 2 days. But after multiple follow-ups with about 30, 40 calls to different persons, I got my things damaged after 7 days. Please don't approach Chennai Packers and Movers; otherwise you'll become mad.
I had booked my household items by chennai movers n packers from mumbai to meghalaya on the 31st of may and they had promised delivery on the 12th of june. LR nos 2100
Its a nightmarish experience as they are still saying that the consignment is on its way. The booking was done thru Mr Vinod whose cell nos is 09987440011.
He had then sub leased it to Mr Shukla cell nos 9322154093 who owns the transport and who has been constantly lying about the delivery. Everyday the same lie that the items have reached guwahati. In between both were not picking up calls.

This is the worst service, they dont care about things. everything was broken and wooden items are came with scratches. when you call them to ask about the broken items, they dont respect you. they treat you badly. DON'T EVER USE THEIR SERVICE . They have different names in different cities, like madhurai packers and movers, salem packers and movers, erode packers and movers. all these run under same chennai packers and movers. use their service if you dont care about your items.
I have a worst bitter experience with Chennai Packers and Movers. It just happen so today and very disappointing to deal with a professional organization at a 3rd graded staffs.
We are shifting to B'lore from Chennai. I got the quote from Mr.Srinivasalu reported from Kolathur Office, stating that he will get the insurance ready by 2 days earlier to the depart as the depart date is Sunday. I did follow-up with him for last 3 days and he said continuously that everything is intact. My last call with him yesterday, he did confirm to hand over the insurance copy that day noon without fail. Following that call, he stopped answering my call until this morning. I used Chennai packers & movers to transport household articles from coimbatore to chennai. In short, the packing was horrible, articles broken and customer service was just disgusting. the experience was very bad and terrible overall.
the charges were steep, but we agreed assuming that packing will be done properly. instead, they sent a bunch of hooligans into our house. around 7-8 men arrived 3 hours later than the time agreed upon, to do the packing. they literally opened boxes and started throwing things inside including the stuff that we did not want to transport. well this is long story so please stay with me.my dad had this company recommended to him from some friend(enemy?).They were very polite till the recieved the money,they only recieve full cash mind you.well these cracks packed most of stuff ,well the trouble began after that they had aldready had the stuff of another shifting in the truck but my dad as naive as he was ,did not send them back but, hoped the truck would have enough space.As i feared there was not enough space and we had to leave 20% of our stuff at my old place itself.This was the okay part,the heavy stuff is yet to come.we were waiting for goods to arrive in chennai they first said saturday, then monday, then wednesday, it finally came on the next saturday what happend shock

I chose Chennai packers and movers for shifting my house. Excellent workers! I was very much happy with the service, my goods came safely thanks Chennai Packers and Movers. I recommend you guys to check out their service. There are many others who just quote low price and provide an awkward service. This was my third shifting and I really had a very good experience this time... they were good and flexible. All my house hold goods were in safe condition without any damages. I appreciate the supervisors and workers there...for the system of their work. There is a nice co ordination and also they have good understanding.
I was committed to move my house from Bangalore to Kerala in four days. I navigated through several packing and moving companies. But no one came forward to move my things in short time. But Chennai packers and movers did it perfectly. They showed up on time, packed and moved my things and dispatched everything on the promised time. They do a wonderful service. I would like to take this chance to thank everyone, the crew, the professional and the officials and every once helped me in my home shifting.
Packing was done well. Chennai Packers and Movers were a good co-operation and team work. The young active and smart crew was very friendly and made fun throughout their work. They took care for every item in my house. They did a good service at a cost effective rate. I wish they should continue serving for a long period so that many of them could get benefited by them.
Great movers. Chennai packers and movers are really great, turned the convulsive home shifting into a beautiful experience. Since my commodities are expensive I was navigating for good movers. Fortunately I chose Chennai packers and movers. These guys are doing a great service and are perfect. The young crew working under the professionals is very enthusiastic and does an honest service.
