the food is decent, but the service levels are pathetic! they cannot handle a crowd, and we had to wait for half an hour wihtout anyone bothering to offer us bascis such as water or even a menu card!! they need to improve drastically if they need to make any kind of a mark, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR SERVICE STAFF to see any improvement in service standards!
