St. Louis Orchestra of the Blind is an organization for the visually challenged. It is a member of the Montfort Brothers of St Gabriel- a world wide organization working towards the education and rehabilitation of the deaf and the blind. It was started in 1975 by Bro. Octavian for rehabilitating visually challenged people with exceptional musical talent.
