One of the worst service centres i have come across in the last 4 years in Chennai, I thought the VST service in mount road is little irresponsive and wanted to try this service station and would never experiment again. OMR checkpoint is totally unprofessional, in the way they deal customers, in the way they communicate, in the way they bill and most importantly in the way they service. To list a few of my experiences with them in one attempt:
1. They replaced a non-faulty ac compressor with another faulty one, i get a lot of noise from the AC now.
2. They broke the front wiper right infront of me and no new replacement provided - an used one was replaced and i had to accept as i went to take the delivery.

I own, a Tata Indigo Manza (Safire) Engine which was not problematic until it landed at this godforsaken place â OMR Checkpoint for a routine service for which they were pestering me by repeated phone calls. I got it serviced on 1/3/13 and ever since it has been a nightmare. 2 days after I started using my car as I was out of station, it showed a warning light of low pressure engine oil. I promptly called the service centre and asked them what I should do. They said that I could drive the car from Porur to Adyar and to get it to the OMR Checkpoint the next day.
