I AM CURRENTLY RESIDING IN DAMMAM, SAUDI ARABIA. I ASKED FOR USER ID AND PASSWORD TO VIEW THE TRANSACTION OF MY NRI AND NRO ACCOUNT. I RECEIVED THE REQUIRED ID AND PW ON 5TH SEPTEMBER 2010 BUT ITS NOT ACTIVATED BY THE BANK UNTIL NOW. I KEEP SENDING EMAILS BUT THERE IS NO COURTEOUS RESPONE FROM THE BANK MANAGER.
