Very bad experience! Multi Moving Systems, Chennai is the worst service provider I have come across. They don't provide any invoice and cheat customers by taking money from them saying that money has been paid to customs. My cargo was coming from Australia through Transco International, Australia and I paid for door to door delivery and there was not whitegoods in the cargo yet when the cargo reached Chennai, guy named Vasanth from Multi Moving Systems called me and told that until i pay rs 28750/- the customs will not release my goods and he promised to send me the invoice as soon as he receives the money. Had bad experience with them. My boxes were missing after delivery and after letting them know abt it, they stopped answering my calls. It has been 4 days I am trying to reach them but they are ignoring my calls as well as my emails. My boxes as well as my some stuff from other boxes is missing . It is a big loss for me.
