The management and staff are not at all co-operative nor do thay have sense of responsibility. My savings account has been completely washed off due to an error by credit card department. Inspite of all explanations and correspondence they seem so helpless. Why to have an account with a branch which does not listen to customer grievance. They need to learn a lot from Banks like Kotak Mahindra who are leading today in customer service.
