Extremely dissapponting customer service - They said that they will deliver new products from their Ambattur factory on our purchase - where in we had paid advance, But eventhough we had called them repeatedly over the phone to confirm the same - they never returned the calls, And finally the fifth time said that the fittings were available. On going to the showroom - They didnt have anything or any of the products ready, Infact the lady had the audacity to say that - ' the showroom piece was broken thats why we didnt pack it or we would have'.... I would never want ti shop here again
