Dear Sir,
I am unable to pay my vehicle insurance premium, wich falls due on Feb 12, 2012. Even last year I came to your office in North usman road and paid. You are not sending any premium notice. Your staff said, it might have been lost in postal deliviery. It is not true. I gave my full detils and came. I had also requested the same to be sent to my mail id. This was also not doen. The vehicle no : is TN 07 AX 8357 insurance valid upto Midnight of 12th Feb 2012. I am working at Walajapet, as College Professor. My timing does not match with your working hours. I sent a cheque of ICICI bank through my agent. I don't find reason why it is not accepted. Please reply vasuchennai@gmail.com or call me on my mob
