I wish I could give them negative rating. One of the worst services in the industry.
Bought an open type 10LPH RO from them on 08/10/2012
In 3 months, the machine has stopped working twice. Also, have another closed purifier from them (with AMC) . For this machine too, I faced same service issues.
1. When you call them, they do not provide a service / request number.
2. They promise that someone will come and fix the issue in 2 days.
3. They never come on the appointed time. (Nor after a week)
4. You call them again. They say that this is the first time, the request is being raised. (They still do not provide a reference number) and again promise that the service engineer will come and fix it within a day.

i had amc for aqua pure dolphine model. in this connection i called mr.a.c. rajan for service mainly to change the pipe which was completely damaged my your representative when filter was changed . but from 1.00pm to 10.30pm i made multiple call to mr.rajan but he never turned up. i never expect such a bad service from your concern
