I have taken a dharshan tour from Emkay Tours and I am very much satisfied from the beginning itself. Nice and clean car, respectable service and no rash driving. Also they have maintained the timing in a perfect way and had nice food and peaceful dharsan. I would suggest Emkay Travels for Tirupati dharsan
I recently went to Thiruppathi by Emkay Travel & Tours and it was a nice experience
Idiotic Owner, Pakka CHEATING, We booked Thirupathi Package 10 days before. The day before the trip they called us to postpone the trip. But we refused, Then They confirm the trip on said date. Driver called on that day, Ask us to wait on Pickup location. We waited for nearly 3 hrs but no vehicle came. When we tried to call That Beggar Owner he switched off his mob.
Total Waste of Money and Time,
If you want to get Cheated Pls book this Travels.
If you want to enjoy your Vacation or Dharshan - Run Away to some other Professional Travel
Yes i strongly agree the negative reviews. All vehicles have no permit. We almost lost 10000. Please dont opt for this travel at any cost. Worst experience. Worst management. Worst drivers. Please seal this company. They dont care for people. Even there is no safety for your lives.
I,agree, emkay travel is pakka fraud travels. Don't ever think to go thirupathi through this travels, don't approach them. I had very worst experience with them. Guys it's true that they unprofessional and waste of ur money. You can go by bus & have good tharasanam than spending money with them. Take a min and realise, they r not taking u VIP tharasanam, all they are doing is just picking u up in the worst car and dropping u in temple, rest all u have to take care of ur own. Providing breakfast and lunch is all cheating, they r spending just 60/- per head for that, uncan have good food if u go by ur own. Yes, emkay is a complete fraud.
We also had same issue with Emkay, we travelled an year back and the air conditioned was not working and was asked to pay full amount. We were forced to pay the whole money. Also the vehicle was very old and full of dust. I would not suggest them to anyone.
we had the worst experience with Emkay Travel and tour in our experience so far. we paid Rs.8500 for AC Qualis for tirupathi trip, but they provided us with NON AC very old vehicle and also without even air we went to tirupathi, the driver was very harsh and when i ask for reducing the amount, they are telling us that they have spent so much on vehicle and cannot refund the amount. it is a pathetic service and they are shouting at us. they don't know what customer service is. I went to Tirumala on 14th Aug 11 thru Emkay Travels .They told to me takre care of breakfast,lunch,darsan tickets(Rs.300) and all. But they are provided only cab that also came from fast track. I got the special darshan ticket after wait long queue( 7 hrs). I faced very worst experience.Guys please don't approach EMKay travels for your enjoyable and safe travel.
The worst experience i had in my life. The agency person spoke very politely till we get the tickets from him. On the day of travel, when we enquired about the starting time, he started shouting at us.
They state that Brand new AC coach is provided. But you will be taken in the AC coach, only till 'Keel Tirupathi'. You will be taken in AP govt bus to 'Mel Tirupati'. When we enquired abt the same, we got the answer, "why do you bother abt this, think abt god and go".
While returning from keel tirupathi to chennai, the AC wasn't working. So it is a NON AC service.
The special durshan tickets will not be provided by them and you wait in the longest queue and get it. Two laddus come as part of this ticket.NO part is played by the trave
