Very bad....worst behavior and approach to the customers is so worst....not recommended...
most horrible company in terms of service and costumer reponse. we have bought invertor and battery from the company. the sales girl has suggested us to buy buy 800 v invertoer and battery. they assured over the phone that it comes for 4 lights and 4 fans for 2 1/2 hours. with in 10 days of buying the battery back up was coming for only 45 minutes to 1 hr with 1 fan and 1 light only. we have called the above mobile number (9840987464), first thing he told me was back up comes for that much time only. then i asked him your sales girl has told me different thing. he told me that i did not tell you that. then he sent some body for service and the service guy told that there is a problem with the battery. we asked for replacement with a new
