Worst service center I never seen in my life time. Very Very... bad in customer service. I left my car on Feb 17th for service. But even a month time, I didn't get the response from the service center. Whenever we call them they use to say the following "Approval not received", and "Parts not available", and "Survivor out of station", and "Photo not taken", etc.. This is obsolutely rubbish. When I was there, there was another customer shouting his car seats were torn. Please don't give your car for service in Virugambakkam Popular Service Center at any cost. They may even change your car parts. So please take care.
I have never faced such a bad and lethagic service in my life.
Popular service (Accidental) damm insurance tie up with this company from maruti. Last time when I left my car for accidental coverage when I pick up my car the speaker system was stolen. Luckily I havent left the premises so that I could get it back.
When I left my car to my nearby service place they have shown the new wheel hub was replaced with some other old one in my last service at popular.
After all this pain another accident I made a terrible mistake by leaving the car for cashless again with popular.
Jeez nothin was done except the cosmetic and what ever you couldnt see inside will not be done. I have taken my personal mechanic and found many things wasnt fitted
