I purchased aN IDEA Post paid from them. By 10.20 AM friday, I got a call from their sales girl as enquiry. Since I was in need of Post Paid I accepted their offer. She said our sales Guys will call me. After 30 Minutes I had a call from the same girl. She told " Sir, our sales person told your mobile is switched off. Pls be on the line, I will put conference. I spoke with him and gave my address. he reached my place by 12.40 PM, completed formalities and handed over the card. On saturday verification was over. By monday evening my mobile was activated. and after 1 hour , the same girl called my new no. to check the no. is activated ... What a service man..? I have not seen such a service from vendors in chennai. I appreciate the efforts of
