I booked the hotel on Phone. They told me that they believe on the customer and no need to pay advance on booking sits. but when we checking in they told me that your room has been sold out and you have to take another higher class room with high rates... after some arguments they agreed to provide me the room.
And for deposit amount they told me to pay in cash because there card swiping machine is not working then i gave1000 rs cash...
when i entered into room the room was worst room i ever seen.
the room is not clean and the Washroom smelled very bad.
