VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE at Gandhipuram crosscut road IAB. The old man sitting there in the front desk does not even know the basic manners of customer service.His behaviour is really rude and he reply like he is giving me the service at free of cost. I gave to rework on my parents wedding album and the new album was 10 time worse than the original one.When i asked about that he told why you gave this to us,who told they cant work on that and he shouted.And also for this poor quality work they asked me 1000 Rs extra and 2 months time.IS THIS YOUR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE PITY ON YOU.

VERY BAD QUALITY PAPER used for PRINT - Stay away for prints! I went here today, Took 150 photos as print provided them very high resolution file for best results. First they denied to print it on very poor quality prints, and when I asked about this the girl sitting there was furious and she disliked my question totally. I called their office (supposed to be headoffice which is in cross cut road) and spoke to someone who claimed to be someone in the management. He started defending that they use the same quality everywhere BUT DIDN"T SAY THAT THEY USE good quality paper. He said they are using HP paper But it is NOT AT ALL A HP PAPER. BAD Customer service

Dear Sir,

I am one of the customer of IAB more than 10 + years.
Today at Saibaba colony branch near to IOB branch , I went to take print ( 80 + photos) out from pendrive from 11.50 am to till 12.20 PM almost 30 min + , the way approached at the front desk was very bad and there is no response from him.

I am standing there for more than 30+ min, but the attitude and his behavior was not good any way you are loosing one customer only .

Ask him to don’t behave like this with other customer .

Further I am not a customer for IAB
