I hope this helps others and prevent anyone else from buying Furniture from this Shop. I had purchased a corner sofa set(2+2+1+1) from Elegance furniture (Kavundampalayam, Coimbatore) which was manufactured by them. Being in the first day itself we notice the poor quality of cushion and uneven size of sofa height, cushion size and there are lot of gap between all 6 pieces. We informed them about all the problem with that sofa for several time and they sent 2 persons from their company and they accepted that the quality of cushion is poor and they said in 10 days time they will replace those cushions. it was more than 2.5 yrs now,but till now no one came or called us.
