WE PURCHASED A NOSTICKING FRYING PAN FROM RAVI METALS, COIMBATORE IN FEB 2012. AFTER A FEW USAGES WE SAW A SOME WHITE SPOTS IN THE PAN.WHEN WE TOOK IT TO THE SHOP WE WERE TOLD THAT THE SERVICE PERSON SHOULD COME AND SEE THE PIECE AND AFTER THAT THEY WILL TAKE A DECISION.IT IS ALREADY MORE THAN TEN DAYS,WE ARE YET TO GET ANY COMMUNIACTION FROM THEM.WE EXPECTED A BETTER SERVICE FROM PRESTIGE !!!
