I purchased a Samsung SII before one and a half year . And before a month , I gave my phone for service at Asia Electronics , Coimbatore which is supposed to be the Samsung official Customer Centre in Coimbatore . I gave a complain of " Charger Socket not Working " and then after a week back they returned my phone stating that The IMEI number is missing in my handset . I gave to the service station in a working state and how will the IMEI number go missing ?? When I asked about that , the chief Engineer Mr.Shivakumar spoke really rudely and did not even give the basic respect that is to be given to a customer .
