Gem motors having realy bad service executive .., im just experiance tata nano service .. I am very intresting in buying nano but gem motors executive kamalakannan is smash that intrest ... I feel bad company is GEM motors..,
GEM Motors: Worst Service. A blackmark for Tata's reputation.
I bought Tata Manza from GEM Motors, Coimbatore
HISTORY:
Right from delivery there were many problems as mentioned below;
1. One of the four A/C vent was not working
2. Water-sprinkler for Wiper was not working
3. Time display in DIS was wrong and was not working as per manual to change it
4. Vehicle was not cleaned properly
5. Took my feedback even before showing me the vehicle
Solution from GEM:
I always had the soft-corner for Tata. So I waited till first service and mentioned the above complaints.
GEM service center only replaced the Wiper and
A/C was still not working, for which I had to pull their mechanic to work on that while taking from service center ... View More.
New Issues after first service:
Later, I found that,
1. A/C fan/motor is creating a terrible and pathetic noise
2. Rear-Right Door inside-knob is not working
3. Time display in DIS is 12-hour behind current time
I am afraid that GEM would have replaced original spare parts with duplicates.
