I purchased 2 O General A/C on 10-Apr-2011, invoice no R0057. 1 of capacity 1 ton and other of 1.5 ton from Varindra Refrigeration G-31, Usha Chamber, Central Market, Ashok Vihar, Delhi - 110052. The A/C of 1.5 ton was with Remote Control but the one of 1 ton (model AxGA18ANTB, S. No. T0793910) was not having remote. At the time of delivery, I asked Mr Varindra Mehta (the shop owner) on phone for remote but he told that this model is not attached with remote. By chance next day I had to go out of station for 15 days. After returning back, when I got it installed, I came to know that A/C has been designed to operated with remote only.
