One of the worst experience I have Had with this agency . First thing they are agency and not direct DHL . Sanjay blackmailed me to extort money .
The horror story start when my sister got the number from intent thinking it is DHL and call them to send my passport from India to UK as I am living in UK and couriered it to India for my family Visa. Niter she nor I was aware that Sending passport from India t UK is not legal. This came to home take the parcel and money and given the reference number. When we try to check the status next day we found that the reference number is not showing online. We called that guy and ask him he said it will take time to appear.
