They are cheaters and fraud. Took my samsung tv for screen replacement, saying that it will take 2-3 days. They were unable to repair it. Had to call them daily 3-4 times to return my tv as it is. They even switched off mobile and stopped picking my call. They weren't able to arrange for a new panel and tried giving me a faulty panel of someone else. Its 2 weeks now and I am still waiting to deliver my tv in original condition. These guys are pathetic.

Indeed cheaters, fraud... they came in my house and said we are from authorized franchise of Sony, Onida etc TV... and charged very high to repair...they infact gave me bill and everything...two days after , my appliance again stopped working and since then these fraud are not even picking up the phone.....don't trust them and if possible file the complaint against them to wherever necessary
Cheater fraud , they enter your house as authorised dealers and take the parts with wrong Bill without TIN no and charge sky high prices for parts and repairs.please don't trust them ever SS home appliances are cheaters
