I was cheated by 'Needs' outlet at Central Park -1 yesterday.
I got a packet of raw cut mutton to be delivered at my apartment yesterday morning. When I checked up the phone attendant informed me that it was 2-3 days old . Being frozen stuff I thought it was OK.
When the packet was delivered to me the packing date written was 10 days old.
I asked about the quality of mutton from the delivery boy also. He told me that it was OK. I accepted the delivery and cooked it.
The mutton was very hard, it didn't taste fresh and finally I was left with a bad taste in my mouth.
I think 'Needs' has been callous towards its customers.
