I won't give a single star, the service sucks they will promise things and wont provide and best is they can even make you land in foreign language land without any support and information from them.
Me and my wife booked a package to thailand with them and in-spite of making all payments on time they least bothered to provide transfers and city tour in Bangkok and on top of that, the fact that we are not having any reservations done came to our knowledge on calling them at wee hours of the day and to that they had a very simple reason .. oh we forgot ..
After that also the pain dint finish, all got settled with re-payment of what we spent on those arrangement and it is just a closure they are not paying the money and as my final ste
